Hi there.

I have a GMC-320+v4. The device works perfectly as far as I can tell, and I can even submit result to the world map. The device is also set to saving data in the internal memory.

When I use the GQ CMC Data Viewer in Windows 10, and I click "Download", I get the option of saving the whole memory or just until the end of file. In either case, I can start saving the BIN and CSV files.

Here comes the problem though. The CSV file never ends. I can leave the program download data indefinitely and the file can reach several GBs of size until I just kill the process. If I open the resulted file, I get a few rows of data from 2020-12-25 for about one hour. After one hour, the values repeat forever until the end of file (which again, the size is way to much). The date change, but everything else keep constant as in for example:

" 2020-12-25 02:56 Every Minute 0.553 85 "

Then we have hundreds of rows like this, and weirdly enough, the date doesn't change after 2021. For example, I get this row for the 36th of December of 2020.

" 2020-12-36 02:16 Every Minute 0.553 85 "

The last row is row 35509:

" 2020-12-49 23:59 Every Minute 0.553 85 "

And from there on, it keep repeating forever:

" 85 0.553 "

If you have any idea on how to proceed, it would be welcome; thanks!

Use GeigerLog instead of Data Viewer. Download from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/geigerlog/

If that also does not work, then it is highly likely that the GMC-320+v4 itself is defect.
