Is there a revised installation instructions for the GMC-320 windows 8.1 drivers? I have tried everything described in the archived threads to no avail.

Well, it shows the GMC-320 as this and there is no driver rollback option. I tried updating it with the update driver option which didn't work either.

Sorry it took me too long to reply. But the driver name is supposed to be USB-SERIAL CH340 on device manager. Maybe it was not installed correctly.

I know it's a driver problem. Is there any tips? I followed the install directions

Looks like drive might not be installed yet.
