Hi All, The average Counts per minute at my station started going haywire sometime yesterday - was at 17.21 then skyrocketed without a spike in actual CPM data. Now its moving around between 2 and thousands of CPM. Any idea what is going on? |

Have you checked your ACPM in text mode? is it also high? And what's your max CPM? |

Yes, it is also high. Checked in text and csv. Max is ~650CPM. But I have not had any spikes in actual CPM values and the ACPM values make no sense. |

Looks like its a bug. There's a bug where every 45 days the CPM spiked. Can you check if elapsed day is ~45. |

Yes, it is ~ day 45 since I've started submitting data. Hopefully the ACPM values will normalize soon - its still up at ~500CPM average while my data is showing 10-30CPM. |

Yeah looks like there's still a but that isn't fixed. It has been reported before but it's hard to produce because it happens every 45 days that the ACPM just spikes. There's no way to fix the ACPM unless you restart the unit. |

Looks like the problem is in the number of total minutes. 60*24*45 = ~65k. The GMC300/320 units are only 16 bits an can't handle those number I think so it's going to roll back to 0. We will check the code. |

Hello, a new firmware has been released for a fix on this issue. If there's still a problem after 45 days please let me know. Also, please email me with your serial number for a firmware upgrade. Thanks. |
