Greetings!

How can I correct this as it's stopping me from downloading the history from the 390?

Thanks a million,
T

An amazon purchased 390 BOOTs to "380 V2" and says "Only the 390 can download." when it's attempted.

It never started due to "only available with 390" error.

Hi taady, seems like there is a problem with your unit. You should contact customer support to so they can replace your unit.
I'll let them know about this issue. Thanks.

I got the same problem after updating the firmware because their customer service sent me a wrong firmware. Therefore, I think that your device is not defective. You do not need to return it. Just ask them for the correct firmware by writing to the next email: support@gqelectronicsllc.com
