Hello

I have been sending data using Data Logger STD 5.6 but it sill not showing on map. I created new device on account, even removed leading zero on user ID refreshing page but don not worked.

Hi Solar, we are aware of this problem. We are currently looking for the problem and trying to fix it. Looks like the data is being sent to the wrong database.

But can you still see your history data?

Yes, data is listed correctly, however there is no pin on map.

Yes your we found new data in the history but isn't on the active list. looks like.

Can not check at this moment, GMCMap shows an 503 Service unavailable error.

there seems to be quite a few problems with the https://www.gmcmap.com service it is working intermittently, and many of the regular geiger counters on the map, are not uploading to the service, nor am I, because I cannot send my data to the service, yesterday it was working intermittently, now there is no connection, is there s fix on the way? and when can it be expected

I confirm. My device can't send either. Please have a look at what is wrong.

Normal send fails with "WiFi Data Send Failed"
and
Test connection fails with "Link Server Failed"

GMC device has IP and is connected to the WiFi.

I seem to remember that the GMC-320+V5 won't send until it has successfully completed the Connection Test, so at the moment the problem seems to lie here...

What is the connection test it performs, can we try it out manually ?
