The standard, internal conversion rate of the GMC is 0.005ySv/h per click. A recommended rate by ppl on the Internet is ~0.0065. They got it by calibrating their device to a cs137 checksource.
(For some reason the GMC will lower this value if the cpm will exceed the cpm values used to calibrate it. Got no reaction on that from ZLM so far.)

I recently modified my 300+ with a sbt11a tube. I'm using about ~380cpm/(ySv/h). I googled this value with "conversion rate sbt11a". Don't know the exact value right now. For the standard tube, M4011, I used the before mentioned value of 0.0065 ySv/h. The same here: I used Google to find a conversion rate from people who calibrated their device and chose a common value.
