Posted - 07/19/2019 : 08:31:06 I have Stetzer filters installed to counter dirty electricity and I have a plug in measurement device that reflects readings on any given outlet at 50 or below. The EMF 390 is giving me an alarm and high readings ranging from 80 - 300 v/m + or- at certain locations in a given room. It says "Static" at the bottom but also will say Mixed and AC EF. What does this mean? When I change it to EMF, readings are normal. |

Posted - 07/19/2019 : 09:15:41 It just means that there are still static charges in some part of your rooms. When you hold the device, you body acts as an antenna. It's better to hold the meter when measuring EF so it can read how much you body is actually exposed to. When you step on a carpet or anything with higher EF, it can influence the meter's reading. The AC EF can mean that the EF detected is coming from a 50/60 Hz source. |
