So I should return this unit with the wrong box?
The box does say 390, but the bios cannot be fixed?

I got the same problem after updating the firmware because their customer service sent me a wrong firmware. Therefore, I think that your device is not defective. You do not need to return it. Just ask them for the correct firmware by writing to the next email: support@gqelectronicsllc.com |
