Posted - 05/28/2019 : 14:31:49 I got the same problem after updating the firmware because their customer service sent me a wrong firmware. Therefore, I think that your device is not defective. You do not need to return it. Just ask them for the correct firmware by writing to the next email: support@gqelectronicsllc.com |

Posted - 05/25/2019 : 16:08:54 An amazon purchased 390 BOOTs to "380 V2" and says "Only the 390 can download." when it's attempted.
It never started due to "only available with 390" error.
