I own a Magicbook Snapdragon EliteX laptop, with Win11 24H2.

Serial drivers failed to install. The message (launching .exe file) is "pre-installed failed".
There's no way to add COM ports until the two "COM on bluetooth" in system, nor to update manually drivers.
I've tried to add Legacy Hardware, but no success.
Any help?

Solved.
I've downloaded the last ZIP file from https://www.wch.cn/download/CH341SER_ZIP.html
And the manual drivers upgrade was smooth using "Win 1x" directory drivers.
