Posted - 04/08/2016 : 16:51:37 At less than a year old this started happening, on startup it appears to work normally, then drops to 0-1 CPM. (The unit has been on for most of this time)
Plugging the unit in starts the detections again but once the unit enters power saving mode, the detections stop. When I take the unit out of "power saving" mode, the detections start again but taper off back to 0 not before long.
Is this how the m4011 behaves at the end of it's lifespan or am I looking at a more serious problem? I have a TERRA-P, when that reached the end of it's life the readings were very high.

Posted - 04/10/2016 : 20:26:38 You need to check the tube voltage. If the voltage is OK, then the problem may be the tube.
