Posted - 12/05/2022 : 11:52:00 A few days ago I received my GMC-300E+, which I was looking forward to own and I really like. However, after setting up the correct time and date, as per the instruction manual, I now find that the real time clock on the unit seems to be running fast, about 6x faster than normal. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening, and more importantly, how to fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.
I just put an unlisted video that illustrates the problem: h**p://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XtUDjlLJGY

Posted - 12/16/2022 : 16:17:35 I just wanted to post a quick update. The support team wrote to me suggesting that I send back the unit for a replacement. I have accepted the offer and hopefully this will resolve the issue. Will write back once again when the unit arrives, to close the post. |
