GQ Electronics LLC Policy

Return and Refund Policy  

If a refund is desired within 14 days start from receiving day, we will refund your full purchase price(except shipping charge). If the unit is not DOA, defective or stopped working, then the returned item should be in acceptable condition: unopened box or opened box with all original materials.   The shipping costs back to us is buyers' responsibility.

Please contact us for an return authorization RMA number and return shipping instructions.  Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused.

Stocking 

All products except (Xeltek SuperPRO programmers) are stocked in Seattle,WA USA.

All Xeltek SuperPRO programmer products are stocked in Xeltek Inc., Sunnyvile, CA, USA and will be shipped from USA, the Xeltek default shipping service is via FedEx, please email support@gqelectronicsllc.com for the shipping quote of individual order.

Please note: Xpresspost service is not available to some countries, for those countries, the internation air parcel service will be used in stead. the postage is the same and it takes longer time than Xpresspost. 
 
Please note: We are unable to ship the product to Asia except Japan. Other contries please contact us for more information.

Item-Not-Received Order Policy
 
A. Shipment without tracking
We only accept request of refund/resend shipment after 45 days(before 90 days)for the shipment without tracking number. We will NOT accept searching/refund request if the non-trackable shipment not past 45 days(or past 90 days) after the package is shipped.
 
B. Shipment with tracking
We will accept request of searching/refund shipment after 30 days of  the traceable shipment.  We will not accept searching/refund request if the traceable shipment with "Delivered." status.
 
C. Refund / Resent Order Request form
In order to create a case, we need customer to provide following information via email to support@gqelectronicsllc.com:
 
    1. Order ID# or eBay item ID#:
    2. Name:
    3. Address:
    4. Requested refund with shipping cost:
    5. Item not received. Today's date(DD-MM-YYYY):
 
D. Refund On Replacement Set Order
In case the replacement package lost, we only accept refund request after 45 days of the resent/replacement order shipment date.
 

Prices 

All prices are quoted on US dollars.  Other Currency subject to change without notice.

Volume Purchase & Multiple Item Order 

Please contact  order@gqelectronicsllc.com   for volume purchase. We will reply to you within one business day. Shipping charges will be quoted individually. Shipping via UPS, Fedex, DHL, Purolator are available per request.

Returning Customer Special Offer Box  

If you are returning customer, you are entitled discount rate for your 2nd,3rd ...order, please make sure to check the special offer box for you.

Referral Program: 

1. On each referred purchase, you will get 5% credit on programmer, adapter and others. You can use those credit in your next purchase only.
2. Your name or email should be indicated in the referred purchase comments or email. OR you can just email us to let us know the information of purchaser you referred. So that we can calculate how much credit you have.
3. The credit will expire if no purchase or new referral activity for 12 month.
4. The credit only can be used within GQ Electronics LLC and it is non-cashable.
5. Customer is able to check their credit balance via online account balance or make a request to support@gqelectronicsllc.com

Warranty

All products sold are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship and materials for a specified period of time as listed below. Should a product require repairs within this time, please contact us for an RMA and return instructions.  Any shipments received without a return authorization will be refused. www.gqelectronicsllc.com/ GQ Electronics Inc. will repair or at its option replace products that prove to be defective. 

In no event shall www.gqelectronicsllc.com /GQ Electronics Inc. liability exceed the buyer's purchase price, nor shall www.gqelectronicsllc.com /GQ Electronics Inc. be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

This warranty is void if the product has been tampered with or misused.

Exchange

If an exchange is desired within 14 days start from receiving day, we will credit you full purchase price (except shipping charge) toward another product purchase.

Shipping costs back to us is buyers' responsibility.

Non-Paying Order

If we do not hear from you within 7 business days after you place the order, your order will be automatically cancelled.
