Hi All,
My GMC-300 is working fine except for the screen contrast. It doesn't matter what value I set it to, it stays with good contrast for about 5 minutes and then reverts to a washed out appearance.
Any ideas what might be happening?

| Hi Bob, does the contrast level from the menu change also when the screen contrast change? |

In order to give you the most complete answer I can I have made a video to show you what is happening. It is posted here:

After the contrast erroneously resets itself about 50 seconds into the video, and after I reset it to 40 again, nothing happens for 10 minutes so you might like to skip forwards to about 10:50 to see it reset itself again. |

| I have applied the new firmware and it has solved the screen contrast problem. However, I can see that it still periodically seems to reset (as per the video I made) and today the sound, which was previously set to 'Off' came on again. I have set it back to Off and will monitor it to see if it happens again. |
