please provide lync so I can download the software.
I have looked and downloaded several but they don't work. I need the GMC-300E driver. The cd received did not work. Please provide the lync that takes me directly to the actual ".exe" for the abovementioned device. thank you!

The USB driver has no compatibility problem with Windows 7.

From your Windows device manager, confrim the USB driver is loaded correctly when the device is connected.

Have you checked the comm port number that the USB software sets up when you plug in the unit? The software needs to be set to the same comm port. I find that it is not always the same port number used each time I plug in.
