I did not see this topic anywhere.

I just bought the GMC200 and hooked it up yesterday, I tried to register 6 or more times, and still stuck in the Unregistered Demo Only.
What am I doing wrong?

hints: in the registering window, the serial number is lower input box.

When registering, please make sure your registration computer has full internet access.
If first time registration fail, try one more time. Exit and restart the software after successfully registered.

If you failed registration after two attempts exit the software and restart the software.

I had the same problem(s!)

First problem: Registry entries cannot be put into a new persistent status when the program runs in the sandbox modus suggested by the antivirus software for running GQ GMCounter PRO

I was successfully registering, once on my Win7(64bit) desktop, then on my XP notebook. Both computers use avast antivirus software. avast suggested to start GMCounter in a sandbox. Thus the registry changes were not persistent. After restart og GMCounter PRO it was in demo mode again - on both computers

After my request GQ lifted my registration limit again to default 2.

Problem two: Registration info may not be stored when program is not started in "administrator mode". I made that fault on my notebook, resulting again in a "fake registration" which wasn't persistent. I made it right on my Win7 desktop: I started GQ GMCounter PRO in administrator mode, did the registration procedure, and could restart it in persistent registered status afterwards.
