hi, i have a problem with a new gmc 500 clock, it is much slower than normal. Less than a minute displayed every 5 true. What can I do? Thanks! |

If this is really the case it might need to be sent back for repair. Or if you can solder, check for the soldering on the crystal oscillator, if it is good then we can send you a new one. |

Yes can you please send us a video of the slow clock? There might be an issue with its oscillator. |
