Posted - 11/11/2020 : 08:03:23 I have a new 600+ and Windows 10 computer. I have installed the USB driver. When I connect the 600+ via the USB port, my computer detects a device it doesn't recognize. Help! |

Posted - 11/13/2020 : 20:47:02 I found and fixed the problem. The USB cable that came with the meter was defective. When I replaced it, I was able to establish a connection. |

I tried that and it didn't help and I believe you're right about Windows 10 having the right USB driver. However, when I plug in the meter, I get a pop-up message from Windows that it doesn't recognize the device I just connected, and the device has malfunctioned. The meter appears to work just fine and connects to my WIFI fine.
Thanks for your suggestion.

Posted - 11/12/2020 : 10:03:27 Hi jmills495, can you try to uninstall the driver using the same installer and try again without installing? I think windows 10 already has a built in driver to communicate with the device. |
