I purchased the PRO software but when I go to register in the application, nothing happens. No errors, nothing closes or goes away. Just nothing happens. Definitely has an internet connection since I'm submitting this on the same computer. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Is there some server issue with registering perhaps? |

The GQ GMC Data Viewer software is part of the GMC-300 OR GMC-320 package. This software does not need a registration and it supports most of important features.
The GMC Data Logger PRO is NOT part of the package. It is for generic Geiger Counter(but works with GMC-300 and GMC-320). Some of the features are free under unregistered mode. Some advanced features need a registration code.
The registration code is not free and it is sold separately.

GMC-320+ comes with the standard software. There is no need to register.
As to PRO software version (has more data processing functions and etc), I believe the discount price is ~US$10
