Please note: Xpresspost service is not available to some countries, for those countries, the internation air parcel service will be used in stead. the postage is the same and it takes longer time than Xpresspost.

Item-Not-Received Order Policy
 
A. Shipment without tracking
We only accept request of refund/resend shipment after 45 days(before 90 days)for the shipment without tracking number. We will NOT accept searching/refund request if the non-trackable shipment not past 45 days(or past 90 days) after the package is shipped.
 
B. Shipment with tracking
We will accept request of searching/refund shipment after 30 days of  the traceable shipment.  We will not accept searching/refund request if the traceable shipment with "Delivered." status.
 
C. Refund / Resent Order Request form
In order to create a case, we need customer to provide following information via email to support@gqelectronicsllc.com:

    3. Address:
    4. Requested refund with shipping cost:
    5. Item not received. Today's date(DD-MM-YYYY):
 
D. Refund On Replacement Set Order
In case the replacement package lost, we only accept refund request after 45 days of the resent/replacement order shipment date.
