Re:Software Issues re. GQ-EMF390Re 2.04

Issue #1: EMF390 fails to initiate stored data transfer
to GQ_EMF_Pro software. This feature is a major reason
to choose the 390 over the 380. Please look into this.

Issue #2: GQ_EMF_Pro software appears to have trouble
redrawing a windowed bitmap under Windows 7 pro x64
when using Nvidia based graphic cards running the current
Nvidia supplied Windows 7 drivers...

BTW: See a similar video issue with our GMC-500+ Gieger Counter
when using the supplied Windows software.

See screen captures of errors.

Hi Staff Member,

For the firmware, please email customer support at support@gqelectronicsllc.com if there's a new firmware available(for your there should be). They will let you know. Let me know what they said. Thanks.
Also check if you have downloaded the latest EMF PRO from the website.

For the graphics, it happens sometimes because it's only using serial com protocol, just don't keep moving the window. But we'll also look into it so it doesn't happen that often.
