I started a 24 hour timed count yesterday just to experiment.

I noticed this morning that the LED blinks Red when in Timed Count display but the normal green color when in other modes. The 500+ is only trading background levels of less than 20 CPM so there's no reason to blink red.

I canceled that Timed Count and started another 24 hour count. Note the LED blinks green just as it does in other modes. Somehow, in the previous count, it got stuck on red for Timed Mode while other modes were still displaying green.

This appears to be a bug.

The second 24 hour Timed Count did the same thing, switching to a red LED after running for a number of hours. The 500+ is still only getting background levels so this doesn't make sense.
