Hi, I bought your GQ Giger Counter Data Logger Pro V5.6.
I bought it in 2017 and never used it until now and I find there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to register the program. It tells me that it successfully updated whatever it needs to update but when I restart it still is "unregistered". I've tried several variations and it still won't register. I've also tried to register in safe mode and it still won't work.
The email I received from GQ gave me a (user) name and serial # and I even tried registering in safe mode with network access. there doesn't seem to be anything I can do to get the software registered.
