Hello, anyone know why this device wipes all preferences when the power is cycled? When I turn it back on, backlight is back at 10 and some other settings have been lost. ?

My EMF390 v2 keeps the setting. I changed my backlight and it keeps the settings when i power cycle. Not sure why yours does that. |

I tried a few times, only saves the date. Hold power button for 3 seconds both off and on? |

EmfDev will probably tell you what you need to do. It may be something wrong with the meter. |

They're pretty good about responding to forum posts. But you can also contact them directly at support@gqelectronicsllc.com if you like. Ron |
