What can i do with this two input fields and how or what can be entered there? In what format should the data be?

And especially where can you then see the picture and the station link?
Geiger Counters: GMC320+V5 & GMC500+
Geiger Tubes: M4011; SI-3BG; SBT-9; LND712; SBM-20

Those two fields are not being used right now but will use them in the future.
