The GMC Map tutorial mentions:

I cannot find the app on the App Store. Does anyone know if the app is still published or not?

I can not find either an iOS or an Android app for the GQ Geiger counter. That's a big gap in the GQ devices, unfortunately.

The best way for the GQ GMC Geiger Counter would be an app for smartphones (Android and iOS) that displays the real-time data, reads the history data, can synchronize the date and time, and can synchronize World Map server settings. Either via Wifi or via USB (OTG). Wifi would make the smartphone a hotspot to the Internet. And the GMC device can send the data directly to the world map server. Devices without Wifi would send the data via USB to the Smartphone and it would run exactly the same. Such an app would be a great help for the mobile use of the GQ Geiger counter models.
