I have managed to save data and download it.
My first attempt had 343 entries but only 3 of them have timestamps.
1, 111 and 291 have timestamps.
Why is this?

Hi bobinski, it's supposed to save timestamps every 3 minutes.

What is the time difference between readings #1 and #111?
In my log file, it looks like each row corresponds to one second.
Ex:
1st entry at 18:11:59
163rd entry at 18:14:42 (exactly 163 seconds later)

That's correct, each row corresponds to 1 second of data. But there can be a missing/extra second because of difference in CPU and Real Time Clock.
