For the firmware, please email customer support at support@gqelectronicsllc.com if there's a new firmware available(for your there should be). They will let you know. Let me know what they said. Thanks. Also check if you have downloaded the latest EMF PRO from the website.
For the graphics, it happens sometimes because it's only using serial com protocol, just don't keep moving the window. But we'll also look into it so it doesn't happen that often. |
