anyone test one of the standard isotope disks on the 320 or 500? if so what does it read in cpm?

Do you want to use that for calibration? Your device could give slightly different results under identical circumstances - small, but statistically relevant.
The calibration wouldn't be very accurate. Maybe identical to how it already is "calibrated", from the factory.

I wouldn't mind spending $50 on a standard, but such standards cost $800 in Germany, AND you need a license!
