The map creators might like to consider using a google map "Heatmap Layer " in the map to show the levels of radiation similarly to the way a weather map shows distribution of heat in an area. See the URL
"https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/heatmaplayer" for info on how this is done. This would give a map where the radiation field would be easier to visualize than it is presently. Just a thought.
