it is not about my device- my device is in Braila, Romania- the only one here- values ok.
I asked about that device from Rostov on Don,Russia.

The normal readings from Rostov stopped on Nov 13, then there were 3 very high readings 14 days later, then nothing. It is likely equipment trouble. Without other sensors nearby to confirm high levels, it's hard to conclude a real event.
