Quick Start Guide Hardware setup instruction #3 says,
"Set date/time. Press the S4 to enter the menu and set the date and time. It is very important. Do not skip this step. Most of data related to the date and time."

However, menu found by pressing S4 offers no option for setting date/time. How is this to be done?

If yor date and time is correct, then you do not need to do this. Unless the date and time is incorrect.

Press S4 will brings up the Main menu. From main menu, go down to the Init Setup menu and then press S4 will show the Date and Time option.

If you install the Data Viewer software on a Windows, you can Sync the data time with your Windows. From menu Settings->Other

Hi there, I need help setting up DATE & TIME
I have ADHD so following the way described here to setup the Date & Time described above makes no sense to me.

Press S$ brings up the main Menu, go down (HOW, do I press a down arrow?), how do I get the Init Setup Menu?

Could someone please make a written INS "exactly" how to do this.
with perhaps some screen images as well.

I bought my GMC300 back in 2013, I tried to set it up way back then, I gave up as it was too hard to follow the Instructions, just makes my head spin.

I see there is another way to do this same thing through Windows, Can Windows 10 handle this?

Yes you can try downloading the GMC Data Viewer here http://www.gqelectronicsllc.com/downloads/download.asp?DownloadID=61
There is a sync date and time button in Settings->Other menu.
