Hi
The detector seem to work i hear the sound in background

But the startup screen restart every 5 seconds.
all i see is GMC-320 +v4
and I can't shutdown unless i remove battery.

This is a hardware problem.

You may need to contact support@gqelectronicsllc.com for the warranty replacement. You need to include your order number and purchase references.

One customer is able to recovered the unit by sending a FactoryRest command via Data Viewer software during the re-booting.

In that case the problem is caused by incorrect configuration data. The Factory Reset command restore the good default configuration data back.
