Well I managed to install the right driver, says heartbeat started. Realtime monitoring started, connected to COM1@38400

So we are all plugged in 300E is ticking away CPM say 19CPM, but when I look at the GQ GMC logger Activity: 0 CPM and 0.0000mR/h

What have I done wrong ?

HELPPPPPP.

Give it some time to log for awhile, as it takes tie for the unit to calculate the cpm after counting - there may be a small delay in registering the cpms that you see on the 300E depending on the baud rate set on the computer link. I use 115000

The more I learn, the more I realize I do not know!

I managed to download the latest version of the prog, which has changed the interface a little, OK, says its all working, and I also get the idea of it needing a little time to sort itself out, Umm how long is that ? 2 or 3 mins if it should be shwoing by then I am getting a big fat Zero, on the computer screen, Not get any of those nice wavy lines and bar charts which others seem to be obtaing.

But will give another go and see what happens.

I think my transfer rate seems to be 9500 set on my machine
