Hi,
Recently downloaded and purchased a key for GQ Geiger Counter Data Logger V5.22, I am having a couple of problems, I am trying to set up and get working the "GQ Geiger Counter Data Logger web server PHP by Bob Holmes"
Problem with GQ GMCounter PRO
I have entered the details in the Settings - Other page Click OK but when ever I make a change in any field and use the Cancel button all fields are set to default, this also happens when I quit the application and restart it, also happens for the FTP Settings page
I am using Windows 7 Pro.
I have a question relating to the web server PHP I will post that under the other thread and keep this for the software.

Not sure why your setting not be saved. Try run the software as administrator.
All setting should be able to be saved. |

Hi again,
I am still having the problem with the settings not being saved when clicking cancel or exiting and restarting the software, is anyone else having this problem, I have tried on Win7 as Administrator and on WinXP bot with the same results.
I also wanted to know if both file are supposed to be uploaded by FTP when the option of CSV & Reverse is selected as I am using the PHP Graphs and they require the reverse data file, I am uploading this with another application at this stage.
Could there be an option in future releases to allow user selection of say 2-4 files to be uploaded via FTP.

Hi,
Still having a few problems with Geiger Counter Pro Data Logger,
I have a copy on my server running and saving a .CSV and _R.CSV file to a local folder, after 24 or so hours the following error stopped the programme "an unnamed file was not found" I have the following setting selected, Auto Save, Fixed File Name and interval of 2 minutes.
I have OK'd the error and reconfirmed the file path settings > other, software is confirming saving of file again but there is no data in them.
Does the software do anything after 24hr with the output log file, my file resets and a new blank one is started.
I am not using FTP to upload.
Is anyone else having the problem in my earlier post with settings not being saved whe the programme exits and is restarted.
