Tried to register multiple times following suggestions mentioned on previous posts. Still cannot get software out of demo mode. Spoke with John...no luck, software states updating complete but no change.

Write to support@gqelectronicsllc.com with your serial number, windows version ask for help.

Your windows may blocked the software to access the Windows registry.

Steps so far:
- uninstalled antivirus completely
- turned off windows firewall
- ran software in admin start-up
- uninstalled GQ software then re-installed

my system is win 7 home edition

My software in now working...important note, after registering, i waited 5-10 minutes and did not exit software even while it showed demo mode. Turns out there was delay from West Coast server TO MY ISP! Who knew
