On a new GMC-300E+ the display text disappears after a second.
Some buttons and the usb reconnect make it reappear for a shot time.
The short time is 0.1 to 1 second.

Checked the lcd cable. It is soldered / no connector.

Managed to set swivel mode. Now the text is flashing but barely readable.

Menu shows firmware version 4.82.

mabye some issue with the LCD. Tried doing factory reset? if not please email support your order number for warranty.
