The device is not recognized when i plug it in to the usb in win 11. I got it to work once and then the device name found with a windows error code of 43.

I went through all the troubleshooting steps
Uninstalled all the software ,
Disconnected device
Reset device to factory defaults
Restarted everything
Reinstalled program and drives
Every time I install the driver the com part is not available in the device manager.

Let me know what I should do next to get this connected to my computer
