I am getting some spurious RF readings in my logs that make no sense at all - up to 10 W/m² (yes, W not mW!). They last up to 10 seconds and can occur at several locations. I suspect a glitch in the software. From my experience, testing values without tolerances can send a routine down an unexpected path. I have attached a typical log with the meter pointing at a mast 260m away. The prevailing RF level is already high at 10 mW/m², but these blips are 3 orders higher. I just don't believe them! According to my estimates, a man experiencing 100 of these blips would get a body temperature increase of about 0.25°C.
