GQ5200 recalibration after replacing A1322 soldering iron heater core. Iron is heating when set to 350c... But only comes up to 270c actual measured temperature. Is there a calibration trim potentiometer.... Calibration process ??? Same thing when other known good irons are swapped in.

Make sure your soldering iron temperature sensor is k-type. There is no calibration needed for k-type. Or adjust the sensor location. |
