I'm enjoying my 500+ but one thing that detracts from the user experience is the inconsistent button response.

Having a button press ignored is a frequent event. This is not a fault with a single button. They all act the same. Rather, the issue is with the way buttons are handled in the code. Either the button handlers are in a polling loop that is too slow or the interrupt handler for button presses is not being serviced correctly.

It would significantly improve the user experience if the buttons could be more responsive. By that I mean respond as any normal consumer would expect - one press, one action.

I assume this is common to other units like the 600.
