| I registered on Gmcmap.com, but I do not receive my Account ID and my Counter ID, is this related to Geiger counter GMC? I'm waiting for mine GMC-500 which should be delivered soon. |

| Hi mimichris, you can find the account id on gmcmap.com. It will show when you click on "Manage Geiger Counter" and also the Geiger counter ID will be generated once you add your geiger counter under the manage page. |

| The trick there is getting the web pages to respond. I got multiple 503 errors (unavailable) and very VERY long pauses before my data finally posted. I've been able to get up and running, but the web site is really having problems. Hopefully it will be fixed soon? |
