Hi everyone,
Couple of weeks ago, I purchased gmc-500+ and configured to upload data as well. It was normally functioning and reading around 15-30 CPM normally.
Yesterday it stopped to read any data and showing O CPM only.
I have tried factory reset as well as removing the battery but nothing helped.
Can anyone help me?

I have found the problem was in broken tube 4011.
Can I substitute it with other compatible tubes? |

| Hi skiredall, you can just compatible tubes as long as they can fit in the tube holder, you may need to solder/recalibrate if tubes are different. But you can just buy same M4011 tube to replace the old one. |
