The GMC rad map data updates appear to have stopped at or about 2026-03-29 18:32:31 ACT/CDT/EST/PET.
My own station can connect to the servers, and is sending data, but the last data shown is at 2026-03-29 18:17:33 ACT/CDT/EST/PET. The update interval is 5 minutes, and nothing new is showing as of 2026-03-30 10:40:00 ACT/CDT/EST/PET

| If I choose 24 hours, maybe one station shows up in the whole map. If I ask it to show in the last week, the dates on all the stations are 3/29/26, including my own. Using Chrome, Win 10 |

I dug into my settings (manage settings) for my account user ID, the model and device ID of the unit I have, it is toggled to publish data. On this page it also has a place to check history data. Clicking on this I get the expected data submission page where I would expect to see data for every 5 minutes, including 5 minutes ago. However the last data I see is: 2026-03-29 18:32:27

As of 06 APR 1645 UTC, a very few stations are showing up on the map with current update times, however their history data ends at 29 MAR 1832 CDT.
My own station is not shown on the current map, although the GMC-500+ reports SUCCESSFUL using the SERVER test function, and I can sniff the wire and capture good transactions with the GMCMAP server.
Is this a credentials problem of some kind? Do we need to create new accounts and start over? |

| I deleted my GMC-500+ from my account and attempted to then add it back in. It is not possible to add a new counter as of 07 APR. The Add New tool closes after entering the location and counter type without any effect. Tried Firefox and Edge, with all blockers/filters disabled, also with no success. Appears dead at this time. |

Honestly, the backend should be rewritten from scratch, with any modern technology you like. If I recall correctly you use .NET. Please just drop it unless you have a good reason to stick with it.
You may as well open source the backend and get help for free by the community that loves this service!
Also, the hardware should be revisited. Even when it works it's extremely slow to serve data. A 10 bucks VPS would be much faster.
It's a nice service and disruptions like this are sad. |

| Looks like the map is almost working 100%. It's showing yesterday's data today, and when I ask the map to show me any 24 hour results, I only get two in the USA. So thank you whoever is helping - a little more and we'll be golden! |

The map started working on the 9th for me. My device is showing up with current data.
Maybe now we can hope for the legend to get moved to the lower left so we can use all of the arrows!

So we're getting there... Thank you whomever is responsible! A little more and we should be good to go! |

I can not understad what is going on with all off data.
In my Home Assistant I can see actual data (see below). HA gets data from GQ servers and it shows data till today. It is OK.
When I open www gmcmap and look for my GQ 500 it shows below picture. (It is OK)
But if I want to see historical data on www.gmcmap it shows records only till 03/29/2026. Where are are data records from april? (see below)? Why I can not see it?
Why my HomeAssistant can get those data from GQ server and I can not see the same data from april on webpage gmcmap? |
