Hello,
I have the GMC320Plus purchased around 2016.
I haven't used the unit very much or in a long time. I wanted to use it and charged up the battery, but it won't boot up.

- I hold the power button for many seconds and it does not turn on.
- I've checked the voltage of the LiIon and it reads 4.1 V, so the USB charging is working and it seems the battery is not damaged by being stored for a few years.
- When I plug in the USB to a computer, it seems to be recognized (COM port detected in Windows Device Manager, but haven't done more debugging here).
- When I plug into a computer, or charger, the backlight turns on for the screen, but nothing more.
- I've tried with the unit plugged into a computer or charger, with no battery inside and still it will not boot.

Any ideas what else I can debug?
Thanks,
Tom
