The EMF-390 appears to be working except the LED is dead. I have tried a factory reset and the LED is on in the setup. LED does not glow on power up.

Any ideas before it is returned as defective?

Hi rfinger, are both red and green colors not working? It is unfortunate, you can try opening the case and moving the led a little bit or check if it is soldered good. But if still does not work then it will need to be exchanged.
