Hello,
I have a GMC-320 Plus V4.
I installed the GQ GMC Data Logger STD V5.61 software.
It displays "Unregistered".
I went to Help -> Register and entered my name and the Serial # which I found in the device menu under About -> Serial # and then I selected the "Register" button, but nothing happens and when I exit the About dialog and return the fields are blank.
What steps should I follow to register the software?
