I've been seeing 0.25 uSv/h.

In two days, the average CPM went up from 17.83 to 17.88 (and it's been 17.83 for almost two weeks)!

When the uSv/h goes up to ~0.25, I notice my eyes burn, I can taste metal, and I feel like sh*t (especially after sleeping).

I think it would be awesome to ban nuclear power until we have a solution to clean it up.!

The background radiation in Denver Colorado is about 1.1 uSv/h, mainly due to the elevation. There is no increased incidence of Cancer or other illness there. Damien68's advice is good; please consider another cause for your symptoms.

your level of radiation is very low around 0.1uSv/h
if you have peak of 0.25uSv/h this can be only random and amplified by the Fast Estimation algorithms of your counter.

you could be right but what you describe reminds me more of the symptoms of hyperglicemia due to diabetes. but it can be other things, if it is cronic, you should consult a medic for analysis.
