Hi there,

Newbie here. Could someone kindly explain how to download and view data stored on the 390? I saved every file and nothing seems to be there when it opens in Excel. I really have no idea what I'm doing though. My reader is 100% full of data, but I have no idea how to view it or save it.

I have a Windows 8.1 laptop.

Hi tksirius, you have to download the EMFPRO software from our website here https://www.gqelectronicsllc.com/downloads/download.asp?DownloadID=85. Make sure it connect, if it does not, you have to download and install the USB driver CH340 https://www.gqelectronicsllc.com/downloads/download.asp?DownloadID=78.

After you have successfully run the software, click the download history button on the file menu.
