I just wanted to copy EMF-390 data to my Linux notebook, but I can't find the EMF-390 device.
What is the problem? Do I need Windows software?

Hi walgri, can you please email support@gqelectronicsllc.com?
I don't think we support linux for the software. Our software are usually for windows.

Hi EmfDev,
correct, I can plug in the USB cable, but my notebook don't tell me that the device is connected like it does when I plug in my camera or memory card.
